Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare

Not sure if you guys are aware, but there's a new Gundam mobile game coming out, and this is one to keep an eye out for! It's called Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare for the iPhone and Android devices. It appears to be based on Gundam Breaker, but NOT the crappy New Gundam Breaker game. Instead, looking at the trailers and gameplay, it seems more rooted in the previous GOOD game, Gundam Breaker 3 and its previous incarnations. Below is the announcement trailer and a video short detailing the game. You have some preregistration bonuses going on: if 100k preregisters occur you get the RX-78-2 Gundam, 200k you get the Wing Gundam. 300k you get Amuro Ray and Heero Yuy AI Pilots. As of this journal entry, the first two goals have been reached.
Be warned, it is a gacha game, but it is free to play, so that's somewhat understandable. You're going to be able to collect parts without having to pay money, just may take more effort than just throwing money at the gacha,

The level of customization to make your own ideal gunpla should be pretty in-depth. Head, Torso, Arms, Legs, Backpack, rifle, shield, and melee weapon from what I remember.

M.A.S.S. Builder Kickstarter

Figured I'd drop this here for anyone interested.
M.A.S.S. Builder is a mecha combat action game currently being produced by Vermilion Digital. Below is a short trailer of the game, and here's a link to their Kickstarter page! Also, there is a Demo on Steam! The game pretty much gives you complete control over customizing your mecha, not just its parts but its combat features, tuning, specialization, weapons, the works.
Figured I'd go ahead and drop this here to help advertise them a little bit. The Kickstarter project only has four days left to go, with a little left to go to reach the final stretch goal, which is a co-op mode including epic boss fights, survival modes and co-op side story missions. The stretch goals for full voice overs, even more customizable parts and two new frame types, a reverse-legged frame and a spider-legged frame, have already been unlocked!
Command, customize and build your own Mechanical Assault Skeleton Suit, or M.A.S.S., and lead the fight against an alien invasion bent on exterminating humanity!

I Launched a Sketchfab Account!

So last night while I was inebriated with delicious caffeinated orange soda, I powered on late into the early morning and decided to open up a Sketchfab account where I can upload my 3D models and you can see them in their full 3D glory.
The first model I uploaded was the TDD-AS-U001 Airgetlam (Iron-Blooded Orphans), my fan-made creation for Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans. I plan on trying to re-upload this sometime later after I've run the model through Blender in an attempt to make its materials look more metallic rather than matte (Since it doesn't seem to have pulled the vRay render settings I set for it). In the meantime, it still looks good!
