The first of several to be uploaded over the span of the next day or so. The Edinburgh is probably my favorite Mass Production Knightmare Frame Design that I've come up with. It's descended, story wise, from the Lancelot Air Cavalry and the Gloucester. In the story it was made for, it was competing against the Vincent in order to become the next "of the line" Knightmare Frame of Britannia, and despite its slightly better performance specs, the cost to produce the unit made Britannia turn their eye to the Vincent, after its successful test run in Area 11.
Some of the Edinburgh Units are produced regardless however, under the command of a Britannian Prince, who uses them as his personal guard. They are very formidable Knightmare Frames, capable of equipping the same equipment as the Gloucester, as well as having their own line of weapons developed specifically for them. At least twenty have been rolled out by this Prince, and they have participated in wars on the European Front.
This is a Franken designed by me and thus not an original, from-scratch creation, though it includes some original tweaks and parts in the design. Arts used belong to their original creators and not me.
I suspected Photoshop might have played a part in that...but I didn't expect you to use MS Paint. Anyway, its good stuff all around. It would be awesome to see the Edinburgh in the show...
Nice mech work there. The Code Geass knightmare frames never ceases to amaze, let alone the battles between these mechs. I mean, the anime had a lot of potential because of action like these behemoths that enhances the storyline of the series. Anyway, great job. I'm favoriting this!
